This place is freezing inside, i was so uncomfortable, But the staff were great my pot roast actually came in a little pot. I would have liked a iced tea to go but we couldn’t find our waitress after she gave us the check. But that’s just me. Everyone worked so well with each other. And so friendly. My only real complaint is it was way to cold and I wasn’t the only one.

Little bit of a wait for a table, but it's a popular place and it's worth it. It's my favorite stop to make on long road trips. And who doesn't love all the cool items, candy and packaged goods in the store? Good food, great people, awesome business. Thanks Cracker Barrel!

I enjoy Cracker Barrel in general, so I always look forward to eating at one. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the food was great, and the service was prompt. The only downside was the biscuits before the meal. We were informed that they don't provide free biscuits on holidays (Father's Day). That doesn't really make sense - seems like a bs cost cutting excuse, but no big deal, it didn't ruin our night. I'll still eat at Cracker Barrel again.

Cutting their costs- hot tea served in large hot chocolate mug- only one teabag- usually 2. Honey for tea not in serving packet, but jar. Asked for extra maple syrup- not given little bottle but poured in small container. Asked for grandmas spec- 2 eggs, 2pancakes and 3 sample of meats- asked all to be sugar ham- was charged $1 extra- has never happened before. Ham came as country ham and not 3 thin slices but as all broken pieces. From my previous all good experiences with Cracker Barrel- this seemed a place cutting back on quality of service for their profit.

I think, for the most part all Cracker Barrels that is, convey an air of very friendly workers who are sweet and polite people who love their jobs and do their jobs to the best of their ability to take care of each and every customer. I haven't been in a single Cracker Barrel that has had a rating below an A. Have a safe trip hope you enjoy it.
