Kathy in the office and Allen in sales were amazing. Allen gave us the perfect amount of attention. This allowed our shopping experience to be excellent because we did not feel pressured or watched. It was superb handling of customers as he did check on as at the precise moment we had questions. His timing was impeccable. We did purchase three unexpected items and plan to return in the future. Miss Kathy assisted us accurately and spediciusly with our transaction. She was able to answer all of our questions. She is an extremely patient woman as they were super busy on this Saturday. I look forward to working with both of them in the future. Go in and ask for them, you won't regret it.

Reuben approached us when we first entered the store, I was not in the mood for a sales pitch. I had been in 3 other stores looking for one chair with no luck, all while being hounded by sales people. Thankfully Reuben caught my drift and respected my wishes to look alone, while telling me he was there if I needed anything. I found what I was looking for and let Reuben know, he was very nice and quickly got us through the checkout process. I appreciate that he understood my mindset and didn't blindly try and plow over us with a sales pitch. It's refreshing to have someone that listens to the clients. The manager came over during checkout and was also very nice. Bob's was recommended to me, and I would recommend them as well. I should get the furniture in a few weeks and ill post an update if anything changes.

Jason met us as we as we came in the store. He was very nice and pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for. He let us look around, gave us space to fine our perfect sofa and when we we’re ready the has easy to find in the store. He was so friendly and kind talking us through the process of buying and shipping product that we knew we just had to buy it. All and all Jason was perfect and beautiful soul. We can’t wait to do business with he again.

Our sales associate Daniel was great! He was honest (with the lengthened time for delivery), and was helpful in getting our questions answered. He wasn’t pushy and let us talk in private and make decisions. He was helpful and had a great attitude. Will deal with him again. Store was clean and nice, had a lot of options to peruse.
