This is the second time now that I have sent something to Honolulu and it has gotten stuck here nobody answers the phone and nobody at usps will help me I am really frustrated

Warm staff with good dispositions. Not typical of most USPS facilities. Not much of a wait most times and one cannot let the dispositions of some of the area's customers get to you. If you are familiar with the "entitlement" senaios that play out in SF - I don't need to say more! Great job, Fox Station staff - keep up the great job.

First of all this is my post office I've been using this place for 30 years or more but today I discovered something new this is wonderful little lady who sits in the lobby with a floating kiosk type setup who is amazing if you are confused don't fear real help is there she's like a really sweet helpful big sister who will solve all your postal problems quick and efficient oh yeah love her
