After 20+ years of being my family’s go-to grill, the old Weber finally succumbed to father-time. With summer fast approaching, I was in desperate need to replace Old Reliable and was in a panic. I first went to a bigger name store (rhymes with West Guy) assuming they would be able to meet my dire needs. Within the first 6 minutes I knew I was in the wrong place. The sales associate was not only utterly clueless when it came to my grilling matters, she was completely passionless and incapable of supplying any customer support. After 9 minutes, I walked out the front door with my problem still unresolved. Fortunately, my good friend Jeff recommended I give Hudson Appliance a shot. I truly cannot emphasize enough just how positive this experience was. Rob was my sales associate and went above and beyond. Not only did Rob answer every single one of my questions, he enthusiastically talked shop with me as a fellow griller himself. We exchanged some of our methods and he gave me some great tips to tame the flame. Rob made me feel as if I had known him my entire life and I knew I was in good hands. My old Weby was gas powered but Rob opened my mind to the world of the pellet grill. I settled on the Weber SmokeFire Black Wood Pellet Grill and let me tell ya, it has not disappointed. The Hudson technician came to my home and did an excellent job installing the grill while answering any questions that arose. After grilling my first ribeye, I was in complete nirvana. Like Rob had promised, the wood pellets in the hopper gave my medium rare steak the perfect smokey taste a gas grill simply could not provide. Our annual July 3rd party is going to be a huge hit this year when I line my new grill with an endless supply of burgers and dogs. I cannot thank Hudson Appliance and all their employees enough for providing me with this top notch service. You have earned a lifelong customer!

My wife and I recently purchased a washer/dryer from Hudson Appliance. Rob was our sales associate and was knowledgeable as well as customer satisfaction oriented. He made sure that both the purchase and delivery process went smoothly. The Hudson Team warehouse manager/technician, Dylan, answered all our questions after delivery and made sure the unit was operating properly. Based on this purchase experience we will be buying our future appliances from this company.

Couldn't have asked for better service. I bought a range and had it delivered through a very tight area. The guys did a great job never hit the woodwork and not only put it in place but leveled it. Great service.would highly recommend this company.

I originally had an order with best buy for a washer and dryer and they dropped the ball one too many times. I chatted with Rob about a few different options and he made it so easy. He told me about features I had never even dreamed of for laundry. All best buy wanted to do was take my money, they didn't even talk to me about features. He was able to get me much better units than I originally paid for at best buy. I cancelled my order with them and ordered with Rob. You have a great asset to your team and you now have a loyal customer. I will be buying a whole kitchen's worth of appliances soon and I will be sure to see Rob.

Good-evening Bart - Sorry to hear you are having problems with your clothes washer. I would need more details to determine whether it’s worth repairing or purchasing a new one. You need to call the Service Dept 978-562-3352 ext 1. They are open until 5pm and reopen tomorrow at 8am. Good luck with it. Hope you find a cost effective solution.
