Horrible experience with this place. The man was rude and yelled at us from the start. We interrupted his break when we arrived for our appointment 8 minutes early! This guy told us he didn't care about losing us as a customer and yelled at my 75 yr old mother! Total disrespect 😤 and I would recommend going somewhere else!!! Don't go here!!

Customer service is horrible, my credit card expired and they charged me $20. I have never paid a payment late. Manager pretty much told me he wasn’t willing to help me cause of my attitude. What kind of training are you guys giving your employees? Also asked him to have his boss call me and he told me no he was the manager. I’ve had a pretty bad experience here stay away!!!

Never had one issue with my unit, or the building. Very well run. Working with different people in the office made everything so much easier. Would definitely come back if my needs change.

The staff at this location is always very helpful and kind. The facility is kept really clean. Best storage units in the area!
