I had made the reservations on line and when I got there, they did not have the rooms I reserved. Staff was very nice but I was concerned about the location and the security of the hotel especially considering I was traveling with five young female students.

Stayed for one night. Decent place to get some sleep without being a rundown place. Didn’t have problem finding parking at 11pm when checking in. Downside was the location of my room. It was right in front of the entrance so I can hear guest voices as they enter & leave.

Came in at 3. The "manager" on crutches had flipped and was complaining of the line of 4 people and walked away. Another girl started walking in to check people in. The lady came back after a loud conversation with I'm guessing her boss. She had a instant attitude. I unfortunately got stuck with her. She instantly had a attitude. The lady next to me said "makes me not want to stay here." She threw my military ID back at me and told me it wasn't a real ID. She was very loud and aggressive. I asked her about the charge last night again she was loud and aggressive. Again I begged her nicely to explain it to me. She did. I went up to my room and noticed she gave me 1 key for 3 people. I waited till the other lady was alone before I went down to the desk to approach and ask for another key. In doing so she told me that the previously lady messed up and gave us the wrong sleeve and we had to change rooms and key card. This service was so horrible. I will never come back here.

Spent my weekend here with my girlfriend to celebrate both her birthday and Valentine's day. Reserved a king room with a private hot tub. The room itself was overall satisfactory (although I recommend bringing your own toilet paper. Theirs literally falls apart the moment you touch it). The service, on the other hand, definitely left us feeling unsatisfied with our stay. The primary lady we dealt with in the evening seemed borderline hostile anytime we made requests. Both nights we requested extra towels and both times, she seemed overly annoyed, despite knowing that we were in a hot tub suite. And all honesty, she reminded me of my childhood and how my mother would put on the fake front to please strangers and then go right back to being the unpleasant woman she was at home. This woman seemed to adopt that philosophy at work.
