I'm not sure where to start but Walla Walla Valley Honda is the place to shop for your dream car 🤩.... I worked with Joe Morgan and he was honest, trustworthy and reliable. I had a horrible experience with a different dealership that sold the car I had all sign and lined up for myself sold from right under me. It was heart breaking... I found another one that day online at Walla Walla valley Honda. Thankfully I got to have Joe Morgan as my salesman and I told him what I just recently went through and he did everything in his power to make it right. Even though it wasn't even his doing ?!? I was blown away by his drive and commitment. He found the exact same car I wanted and more. I don't think I've ever worked with someone that's more transparent in the car sales business. Joe was working with me and on my side throughout the whole process. He never did anything for his advantage. He strives to create the best customer experience. My whole experience was amazing, easy and so exciting. I now own the car of my dreams. They got everything I wanted... I was a little high maintenance because I wanted extra packages and emblems but... Joe and the parts department made that happen with so little time. I will never purchase a car from anyone else but Joe. It was effortless to do business with this company. Today I picked up my dream car and it's all because of Joe Morgan and the entirety of the dealership. They worked diligently as a family to ensure my car was ready upon arrival and leaving there today I feel as if I am part of the Walla Walla Valley Honda family.
