I went through drive thru, today 7/22/22 at 11:20 am, in my order there was 2 kids meals for my twins. When we picked up our orders the boxes were different, one was a Thor box the other one was a playschool one, now for any mom this could be nothing for a twin mom this is just hectic, because I know this was going to cause my twins to fight over the Thor box, so I asked the girl at the pick up window if by any chance she had another Thor box she can give us, she asked a manager that came out of the kitchen, and the manager all upset and in a rough voice said no no that the only box we have, she looked very upset like she was having a rough day. Then manager Alba came to the window and asked if everything was okay and I asked her and explained I had twins, she nicely told me she will check and switched it out for me. Alba is the type of managers your facility needs ♡

Newly renovated from the ground up. This location was made smaller. No longer self-service drinks. One may spend 20 or 30 minutes in this drive-thru line. Very rarely will this location get your order correct. They just cannot seem to get it right

Horrible place, ruining the name of McDonald's , horrible service, will mever set foot near that place. Hated everything we ordered. Had now fish fillets, no coupons were working which never happened before, ice cream is very icy and full on runny, the workers were horrible not able to understand simple english, very horrible service. I am not trying to he mean or anything it was just tooo bad😨

I came here tonight with a pretty large mobile order. and i get that it was going to take a minute because of that but it wasn’t busy and i didn’t mind waiting. but when two doordash drivers got out of their cars to stand around mine to ask the window for their orders instead of mine, and nothing was done to deter them, and then i get half of my order and when i pulled back up to the window to get the rest of my order, i was told “goodbye”
