I especially appreciated that the building and our apartment was so clean, tidy, and well furnished! I was on a short term lease but hated to leave. Laundry in the apartment was wonderful! Loved the perfect, clean pool! All the amenities (computer/printer, theater room, free coffee) and all of the staff were great. Please consider me a very happy customer.

We have moved in and the staff especially Kevin and Beverly were extremely helpful. The apartments are as nice as we hoped. Anytime we had a question or a specific need, we went to the office and it was promptly and accurately assisted/resolved. The staff was very helpful and supportive in our search for an apartment. We have checked out several very nice complexes in the area and Stonefield was the nicest and met our needs. We look forward to moving in and enjoying the facilities.

The staff are courteous, helpful and take care of issues right away. I would suggest that the carpet in the hallways be cleaned at least on a 6 month basis. The hallways also need to be painted where damaged due to people moving in etc. The stairwell stairs need to be deep cleaned and the walls need to be touched up where damaged. I really think all doors to the outside need to have a backup battery or some systems to lock and open the doors during a blackout situation. During the recent blackout anyone could just walk right in and I chose this apartment complex because all doors locked. A pool table would be nice to play and meet neighbors. Northern Virginia apartments have them, along with BYOB happy hours.

I just move in and live here near a week. The environment is good, and the place is quiet. The leasing consultant Kevin is very considerate and willing to help. The tour was perfect in that he showed me everything with a clear explanation. Thanks to him, my move-in process went through quickly. The complex's location is also ideal in the midst of everything. The only part I am not satisfied with is the location of trash places...too far. I am tired of walking to another building every day. But this part should be the designer's problem. Overall pretty good.
