I am never seen huge trucks stop in my experience, I felt like I was in a shopping mall. I enjoyed my self. The parking spaces are unlimited. It’s room for all the truckers to park.

Checked in @ 16:30 for an pm service. It is 23:30 still no call and they shut the bays down with the Pits in them. Guess I’m not getting my service done. AN UPDATE the shop just called me to pull up to a door for my service. It’s 08:55 the next morning. 07/22/22. Told the guy that’s not gonna happen. That’s 151/2 hrs from the time I checked in. Unexceptable

This place goes up and down like the fuel prices. Sure they improved the showers which is a major plus, then they went all crazy with their restaurant hours, then closed the restaurant all together. That leaves the fast places but they all close at 9, so for us night guys it has really limited our options. The hot break bar opens at 5am, (at least that's what I was told) so I get in there at 5:07am and I'm told it will be ready as soon as I can get it ready, I ask for a time, again, I'm told as soon as I can get it ready. Here I am at the end of a 14 hour day, I'd just like to know 5min? 10min? 30min? I mean ya set it up every single day so you should have some sort of idea as to how long this job takes. She's not new, she's been there a while. I'd rather someone lie to me and give me a longer number then no number at all. This is not the place where you have room to fill up the truck and move forward to allow other drivers to get fuel, 4 of the pumps were down so not knowing how long I'd have to wait, I wasn't gonna sit at the pump so have a nice day, I'll get some garbage snacks, and go to sleep. Maybe they will have lunch ready by the time I get up. Maybe one day we can get back to normal with stuff being open at night for the 3rd shift.

Hi Faye, I'm sorry the shuttle did not come by your truck. I am not sure what time of day you were trying to catch a ride, but our complimentary shuttle usually runs from 4am-10am and from 5pm-midnight, every day of the week. As another person noted, the shuttle can usually make a full loop of the entire property in about 15 minutes, as long as there are not a lot of passengers. Our driver does have to stop and refuel from time to time too. If you don't see the shuttle the next time you're here, give us a call at the Fuel Desk: 540-377-4146, and describe your truck and location to us, and we'll relay the message to our driver.
