The Academy (Ballroom and Latin) Dance Club rents the Edgewood Country Club four times a year to hold their formal dances. There is a place along the wooden dance floor for the band to set up and we all enjoy a buffet style meal at round tables. I post these upcoming dances on Charleston WV Dance Facebook page. Edgewood Country Club is always decorated lovely and the service is very professional.

I think it is a beautiful place the people are nice and laid back down to earth it is a friendly place to go and try to relax and have fun even though I only worked there for just a little bit I truly enjoyed it and am thankful I had the chance

Premier country club in Charleston. Excellent social and sporting opportunities. The food and service is fantastic in the main dining room or the grill for a laid back atmosphere. Nice gym equipment, squash courts, steam room, in addition to outdoor pool, kids pool, and diving well. The golf course is among the best in WV in terms of conditions and playability. Lots of planned parties for adults and kids. Well managed club.
