A huge variety of pets and pet supplies here. I can see why this is a go-to place for pet parents. The cages looked clean, if small. None of the puppies or Bengal kittens available looked stressed at all. We looked around for a long while and were not bothered by the staff, who had their hands full explaining pet care to a separate pair of paying customers.

This pet store has some an amazing selection of beginner freshwater plants! Had these for in my 5 gallon for about 6 months and I can't get them to stop growing.their American Fork location also has some grade 10 driftwood for aquascaping. Support this local shop and I garentee you won't be disappointed.

They have a good selection of animals, but they are, in my opinion, overpriced. Also, the customer service and refund policy are terrible. Specifically, I had a culture of fruit flies that no longer worked for my animals. I had only had the culture for 6 days, so I figured I could return them and exchange them for some kind of credit, or half off of a culture that would work better for my animals. I was told that not only could I not exchange the fruit flies for credit, but that the store would be happy to “take the flies off my hands” so I wouldn’t “have to take care of them.” So free fruit flies for them, and $15 more dollars of loss for me. Not only will I never be coming back here, but I will never be recommending them to anyone else. There are many other pet stores in Utah Valley with much kinder, more helpful policies.

First time snake owner now and I needed a local place for frozen mice. I don't need a bag of 100 and didn't want to pay 40 dollars for shipping. This shop has a good supply of all sizes. 1.59 each for fuzzy mice. The fellow working there was super nice and helpful as well. Also a really good selection of birds, reptiles, a few snakes and even a couple adorable miniature schnauzers! And it doesn't even smell too bad! Definitely will be a many time repeat customer.
