Excellent care. Dr. Kristen Trevor and Dr. Sebat(forgive my spelling if it's incorrect) are the best and extremely knowledgeable and have addressed my complicated pain issues incredibly. I really had no hope and was resigned to a merry go round of running into brick walls and not having my severe pain addressed. My quality of life is back, and I am sure it's due to their immediate attention and advanced up to date knowledge of the issues in my particular case.

Dr. Strand and his staff were warm and welcoming. The staff got me checked in very quickly and we're very thorough. Dr. Strand came in to discuss my problem after a very short wait. After talking to Dr. Strand. I felt like all my feet problems had been addressed and he had a plan to take care of them and let me walk more easily. I would very definitely recommend Dr. Strand and his staff to anyone needing treatment for feet problems. Can not express how impressed with Dr. Strand and his staff I was. Thanks Dr. Strand. They had horrible communication throughout my process. They billed me an astronomical amount and sold me an overpriced hand brace that I could have purchased at any drug store. They also sent me my bill numerous times without deducting anything for my insurance company's share of cost. When I called them a second time to ask why they said it just didn't go through. The woman on the phone asked me if I wanted them to bill my insurance... seriously? No I'd like to pay full price. She didn't even confirm the insurance info I gave them and just ran it again. Go figure it went through. They told me they would send a revised invoice.and instead sent me a collection notice. I paid them off and wrote them off.

Checked in promptly and politely. Not a long wait before I was back to the room. The assistant was courteous. I love Dr. Ferraro. He fixed my issue after educating me and doing a thorough exam.
