Nice flat pads! Hook-up good and work well. Only downfall is weeds around sites are a bit overgrown, but not a huge deal.

As of April, 2022, this camping park is Amazing and definitely worth the visit. Park was still partially closed due to winter weather conditions. RV camping with water, electricity and dump but no tent camping, no bathrooms open yet. Definitely make online reservations. Check weather conditions before visiting. Area gets severe weather conditions. During our stay, temps dropped to the 20's with severe gusty winds. Lake is very low with only light fishing and boating activity. Views are gorgeous, with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Lots of wildlife. Host and rangers were friendly and welcoming. Only 20 minutes to town of Ignacio for food, fuel, shopping and Casino. Only 45 minutes to Durango. Highly recommend but be prepared.

One and done. Staff was very nice. Got about 30 chiggers bites from the picnic table. Unless you have a boat, the only thing to do is fish. Desert like so if you want trees forget it. Had a uniformed CPW guy fish next to us. He said he released and I watched him catch a nice sized fish then step on it with his, yank the hook out, and literally throw it back. It died. Unreal.
