I enjoy this particular PB for many reasons its well managed and exceptionally clean. My location 30 minutes away compared to the 10 minute PB I don't like.

Last order was not the best but today..... These are "green" fresh leafs from my salad. All yellow and rotten. So disappointing. And disgusting.

The West Coast store was good but their floors and walls are dirty in and out of the bathroom generally all around don't know why Panera bread in West Caldwell floors are so dirty and it smells dirty

Last time we got delivery - forgot multiple items. Today’s delivery - ordered at 1:00. It’s now 3:09 and the food hasn’t been delivered. I called and was hung up on twice before I could even get through. Once I got through, I was told I was “next.” I had to call again 30 minutes after that because it still didn’t arrive. If it’s backed up, then just indicate that on the ordering. Don’t let people place orders if you don’t have the capacity for it.
