It was very HOT 🥵 🥵 and my battery was dead. When we walked in the door two employees got me a chair 🪑 and water !!! Very friendly and Helpful. The gentleman that put the battery in was very caring and helpful !!I would recommend O'Reilly's if you need anything to do with your car 🚗 !!?

This location is the worst! Wife just took in her Super Start Extreme battery from 2019 and they refused to honor the warranty. Avoid this location and O'Reilly's for all your needs. We will no longer buy from them. Absolutely absurd to not honor their own brand recent battery that is warranted for another year at least. O'Reilly's is not the company it was a decade ago. Go across the street to Walmart to get your batteries and Napa or AutoZone for your parts. #neveragain

The staff came out to my car, took my fob into the store, changed the battery and returned it. Great service.

When the other parts stores did not carry individual o-rings, saying; "we stopped carrying individual o-rings long ago, who does that anymore?" I headed here and was able to get an exact match. The employee was patient and provided a guide to match my broken part to a new one appropriate to the purpose. The other store wanted me to buy a sealed plastic box of o-rings of many sizes, none of which looked to be the right size or type of material. I'm glad I came here. Now I see that the other parts store up the road, wants three bucks for a single ring terminal, when I can get a box of 11 here for the same price. I'll be driving the extra couple of miles down from town for all my parts needs from now not, non stop.
