Made an online order. Went to pick it up and the ladies had no record of the order. I pulled up the confirmation email but the ladies refused to fill the order as it wasn't on there computer. I asked them how can we fix this issue and they said " I don't know what to tell you. " I then left as they refused to fill the order again. I called them 20min. After asking for a manager to contact me and the lady hung up on me. This is ridiculous as I have already paid for the subs. I tried contacting corporate but its 100% automated and zero help. I made a complaint on the website but nobody has contacted me.

Very nice, clean, and easy to find Subway. The layout of the restaurant is good, the dining area is sizable. The employees are good at their job and very friendly with the customers.
