Cane to drop a big Ebay prepaid package, 40 lbs heavy. The Asian lady just looked at me when it was my turn and just scream : “ you need to drop off it there “ pointing to a desk empty behind me. No good morning , no kindness on her voice , no nothing. She was just bothered by my package size. I replied, that I needed a receipt. She then scream again, “ I can’t help you, you need to wait for one of the guys” . Ok I understand you may not be able to handle the package because of the size and weight , but that it is not a way to treat a customer. I waited for the next “guy” . Put the package my self on the counter. The young guy then give me a receipt, I asked everything is fine. ( I asked because of prior experiences with prepaid labels from Ebay and Amazon and extra charges then on my account ) He answered yes. Next think I know he is taking a pen and writing something on the label. I said : “Sorry Sr, is everything ok with the label and package.” He ignores me. I asked 2 more times until he answered : “do not know”. I said “I’m sorry but you are writing on the label”. He repeats again the I don’t know. Then he tells me that label says 30 pounds and the package weights 40 pounds. I answered : “ label in generated by Ebay, is said up to 70 pound and 112 inches. I can not change the package weight and they charge the same. His reply “ I don’t know” . “ You have to do it online and choose 40 pounds” . I explained again and I gave up. Worse service and experience ever.

My digital mail showed I was supposed to receive my early ballot, but it was not in my mailbox. So the mailman must be a thief. They have to fix the mail-in process.

I was an idiot and forgot to stamp my priority envelope that held a very important document. I only realized what I had done an hour later. Isaac served me at the customer service window and this very sweet man dug through 2 separate piles of mail until he found it. What a kind man!! Thanks Isaac for saving my important document from being lost in the mail shuffle. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude!! No good deed goes unnoticed 😇

As I am sitting in my living room today, my dogs barked at the door. When I went to look I found a "first attempt" of delivery attached to the door. The postman did not knock or ring the doorbell to obtain my signature. He was nowhere in sight. I view this as a pretty shabby work ethic and can only hope this person is already under investigation. I should be able to depend on government services to obtain important correspondence. Instead it will be unnecessarily delayed an additional week until my next day off.
