Summary: Excellent value for a great detailing job. Car details: 2010 CX-9 SUV that has seen almost 10 years’ worth of use via 2 children, 1 dog, many friends, and several trips to the beach. We rarely wash the car and have never cleaned the rims. We opted for the highest level of service the 5-Star complete detailing for $239.00 (large size SUV). The car came out in showroom condition. I purchased the detailing for my wife for Christmas and she was amazed at the results. Having surveyed a number of other options, I found the Auto Spa’s prices to be the lowest. I was not expecting the car to look so good (interior and exterior) as they must have spent many hours cleaning this well used vehicle (dropped off first thing in the morning and picked up at 5:00 PM). I love the odor of wet dog as much as the next guy, but it is sure good to have that fresh, clean smell. The shop has a few large bays so the work was performed with cold, wet weather outside. I rarely write reviews, but felt people should know of this hidden gem.

I guess I should’ve read the reviews before I went. I got all excited because they were half price of all the other places that I called that only do performance cars. My experience wasn’t quite as bad as some of the other reviewer‘s but not necessarily exactly positive either. My specific request was to clean the grime around the letters Of the car name on the doors. That was not done. They also said they would clean my WeatherTec liners. I have specially designed cleaner from the manufacture which I offered to them. They declined. It was obvious that they simply did a high pressure wash of the liner which was not very effective. I did ask however to use the manufacturer supplied sealer for the liners which they did not do strike two. They said they clean the engine compartment. Last time I checked the underside of the hood was part of the engine compartment. Under my hood dirt dirt dirt. I was told oh we never clean the underside of the hood. Why you would clean an entire car and leave 5% of it dirty is beyond my comprehension. I’m not done yet. I was told there would be a tire treatment which was not done. Strike four. On a positive note however, other than the letter grime snafu the body actually looked pretty good.

In about 20 minutes for $33 you get a full car wash and a great little interior detailing. Perfect for families who don't want to spend a ton of cash on a proper detailing, knowing it'll just get crumbed up again in a few weeks. I take it in at least once a month - it's great!
