This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have encountered at a service center. The customer service presented was terrible. The manager Mike behind the desk complaining constantly and fussing directly in front of customers, in addition to telling customers he don’t have time to deal with them because they have to many issues they’re dealing with. It’s one thing to be overwhelmed but so unprofessional to allow behavior like this for the customers to experience. Also the wait time of this place is ridiculous! I had a scheduled appointment for 2:00pm and my truck never went back for a simple oil change until 4:45. 3 1/2 hours for an oil change when told they stated it would be roughly an hour out the door.

I got the brakes replaced at this place. Very expensive. You will end up paying less elsewhere. I deeply regret getting the service done here. I was told one thing about the services but not all were done.

They have done some work on our cars for several years- regular oil changes/maintenance, and some minor repairs. Often the work is done quickly (impressive!) but it's not done properly and the cars need to go BACK for the same repair. (This has happened multiple times). Additionally, there are an unusual amount of upsells (though we always expect that at any shop)- but the recommended repairs here are often a complete scam. For example, they recommended my husband replace windshield wipers...that had been replaced two weeks prior. When he followed up, multiple people at Firestone abdicated responsibility when saying they weren't the ones who made the recommendation, and didn't know who did. (A lot of red flags). Most recently, and this was our final straw, we wanted to get a second opinion on additional recommended work...but they refused to repair or return my husband's vehicle unless that work was done (work that, if necessary, they should have seen themselves when the car was most recently in). We wanted a second opinion because given this location's history with the vehicle we were questioning whether it was a legitimate recommendation or another scam. Several hundred dollars later, and thankful it was not more, we retrieved the vehicle, but will be going elsewhere moving forward. TLDR: Overall, we don't feel like this is the most trustworthy location and recommend that if you go here...brace yourself (and your wallet)... ETA: We had to take the car back the day after I initially posted this review because the "necessary" work was done incorrectly. Yikes.

Firestone completely damaged the front passenger side bumper on my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle of for service (oil change etc) early Wednesday morning on March 3rd. At 4:30pm that afternoon, I picked my vehicle up and drove straight home parking in my garage. I did not think I would have had to inspect my vehicle for damage. The next day March 4th 2021, I drove to work, parked in my normal parking spot, and proceeded with my day. After work, I walked to my vehicle to head home. I IMMEDIATELY noticed my front passenger side bumper was sticking out. I inspected my car and noticed scratch marks all along the bottom passenger side bumper. I IMMEDIATELY called Firestone to inquire about the damage. I asked if I could review/see any surveillance footage to determine how the damage was caused. I was told that manager would have to call me back. Latter that day the service manager called me, and told me that she would need to ask about the surveillance video. The next day I received a phone call from Jay. He asked me to bring my vehicle to the location. When I arrived I asked him about the video footage. I was told that he could not access it. In addition, he called the technician who worked on my vehicle to ask about the damage. He stated that they said the car was completely fine when it was brought in. Further solidifying my claim that the damage to my vehicle was caused while it was in their care. At this point I put in a claim through Firestones corporate office, and I wrote a letter to their CEO Mr. Ferrari. Firestones Sr. Claims Specialist Jennifer N (No last name was given) denied my claim stating that "No damage was noted on the invoice and the damage was not reported until after the vehicle left the parking lot. Also, no other vehicles were reported damaged during the time surrounding my visit". First, what does other vehicles reporting damage have to do with my car being damaged? Second, although I asked to view video footage, and I was denied again by the senior claims specialist on the phone. Never once in the email did she state that they did a thorough investigation of the incident which would include viewing surveillance footage. Finally, I did not report any damage until after I left because I did not think I would have to inspect my vehicle for damage, especially when "Complete Auto Care" is in the name of the company. I was told by the senior claims specialist to simply submit a claim through my insurance. Well I should not have to! I did not cause the damage to my vehicle! I was informed by a professional that the damage was caused when they attempted to put my vehicle on the gurney/car jack due to how low my car sits (Alfa Romeo Gulia). I do not understand why Firestone (Jay) is not being honest about this situation. If you caused damage that's fine, mistakes happen! However, Firestone should do everything in their power to fix the mistake. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE, AND IF THIS PLACE IS USED TO SERVICE A VEHICLE DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT FIRST INSPECTING THE CAR!
