Good selection, helpful staff. I bought shoes tried one on and it fit. Got home went to wear them and there were 2 different shoes in the box. Associate took the time to put me on hold and go find the mixed up pair and hold them on the side for me good prices i thought too.

A little messy, and products missing from boxes even with security alarms on them. I've shopped there in the past and its usually neat and clean. And have unique products, affordable prices. Their sanitizing was on point. That's what I gave my stars on. ALTHOUGH....The staff for the MOST part was miserable even rude. Shopped there on the 23rd of dec. So I've taken that into account as for product. But the attitude of the lady at the register was uncalled for. When your in customer service regardless of the heavy business, long hours, and or a disgruntle customer, its your job to have a pleasant, fresh, welcoming attitude with EACH and every customer. I've worked in customer service all my life. And its policy.This lady did NOT acknowledge me, I spoke to her she ignored me, almost shamming my products after ringing them up. I Thanked her and said;" have a nice holiday", STILL nothing, all I got was a dirty look. The only person, who had a smile on their face that I saw or encountered, was the young gentleman working on a register around 7 pm. Dont know his name but he was nice welcoming and personable with the customer a register down from them lady ( kruella ) that "didnt" help me. I like the store and will give another chance, but hopefully I get treated like a Human Being this time.
