First of all, all aspiring bike shops should consult from Mark and get workshops to learn a bit about his craft for managing a store with such passion and dedication. I cannot add much more to all other reviews bc they are spot on. I drove 3hrs to his shop for many different reasons and one of them was simply bc he treated us so kindly over the phone. He also pulled through and set up some bikes for me to try out and was such a professional about it. Been to other bike shops in New England and I understand they are all busy but this is one experience you won’t forget. I feel like swinging to say hello whenever I’m in the area and I’m sure he will gladly open the door. Hands down best bike shop I’ve been to and thank you for such care. TriCity is unique and excellent at what they do. Wish you the best.

If I have any choice, all my future bicycle needs will be met by Tri-City. An excellent experience all around and I feel confident the owner will do anything he can to ensure you leave his shop satisfied. Thanks again Tri-City.

Great experience! Mark is very knowledgeable and fixed up my bike quickly and cost effectively.

There are bike shops, and then there are community bike shops. Tri-city is the latter. Mark goes out of his way to foster a real bicycle community. I have been cycling for the better part of 25 years, and shops that go beyond good service like this are rare. If you are looking to buy a bike, or just service one consider giving Mark your money. We would like to keep him in business for a long time.

Ask Mark. Hes the owner a very helpful!
It’s a matte blue Verde Cadet in very good condition, not sure on the year but I have the paperwork somewhere. I can’t send photos on this page but I could bring it to the shop tomorrow if you want to take a look.
Mark is always fixing funny noises to the relaxing sounds of heavy metal. Bring it in and be prepared for a great conversation about all things you never knew.
What type of crank and bottom bracket she'll is on the bike? Most standard bbrkt are around 20-30$
Starting around $35
Yes they have helmets
Yes, Clif and GU brands mostly.
Yes, he is both. He has a human sized Theramin that I am envious of in a huge way.
