Well… for just $420 a night you can have the staff NOT give you the room you asked for. For $420 a night the rug in your room is old and damp, the elevator is slow and hot like a sauna. No pool. For $420 it’s an old queen bed, not a King. The faucets are super old, the bathrooms feel like 2001. When u take the stairs (because the 1 elevator is small and slow) you get to walk through the back of the kitchen and see the mess they have back there. For $420 a night u can get a regular key with a very old cheap door knob that wont close the door unless you forcefully close the room door. The only reason this hotel is alive is the location. For $420 a night for 3-4 nights you could however book a five star hotel in a Caribbean island with excellent service. Why did I pay this much for this hotel? I feel ridiculous for doing it and will never come back.

We ate (16) in the bar Food Rib eyes rare. Muscles fishy, Waitress was amazing tho. Sent a Shrimp Scampi plate back. Too much lemon juice. Would eat again just more carefully in selection

What a beautiful stay. It was just one night but EVERYONE was exceptional! The bartender last night stood out above all!! He was super busy but still took time to joke and make our experience a fun one!

Had a wonderful three night stay last week. The hotel has a great location and beautiful setting right across the street from Short Sands beach. Our water view room was excellent, with a great deck for watching the ocean (despite the cool temps that week) and a very comfortable king bed. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive, especially Pam who worked mornings keeping the hot muffins coming at breakfast!
