How about answer your phone at least one out of the 5 times we call during business hours? Edit to Reply: if you are closed on Sunday, update your times to closed on Sunday. I watched around 5 families try to enter your restaurant while we tried to figure out the situation for my mothers birthday in the parking lot. This has nothing to do with staffing. I don't leave bad reviews on places that are closed on a day because they usually post the correct times... Smh.

I LOVE NICKS! Every time we are in PV to visit family I always order from here via Uber. They’re a little pricey but the portions and quality are worth it in my opinion. I always get the Chicken Piccata 🤤 but definitely want to explore more of their menu. Open a location in Tempe!!! Please!!

The service was pleasant and professional. The eggplant appetizer was good. The pasta was 3.5 stars. The veal cutlet parmigiana though was 1 star. The veal was dry and the cheese was way overcooked. The plate it was served on was cold. Will never understand that.

We had good luck just stopping by, but reservations are never a bad thing.
