I lived there for a year and a half and I always kept everything in order, but now that I have left there and I have delivered everything clean and tidy, they have taken the deposit money under the pretext of cleaning. I think this is a scam.

Awful, overpriced rental. Mismanaged. I rented about 6 months, Parking lot dangerous and a nightmare. Plumbing out dated. Constant turnover. They will make up lies to bully you out. Save your money.

This place like a zoo, I recommend for anyone do not rent in Summit Pointe. Why? They are not perfect maintenance, not secure, and the homeless everywhere in this place.
