This resort is lacking in functioning amenities to constant water issues. The one constant is annual lot increases. If they can find a way to charge you for the view of the mountain I'm sure they will . BEWARE

This park is very beautiful, and all of the facilities are clean and inviting. The staff couldn't have been more professional and kind. The little roads are paved, which makes it really nice for someone like me, who's on a little electric stand up scooter. I was able to get around to the base of the mountain very easily, and without fear of being chased by dogs or skidding out on pebbles. It's class A as far as being well taken care of and taking care of the guests and residents. My only complaint was the road noise. I've stayed at plenty of RV Parks that are right off of main drags, but something about the acoutics (at least in the overnight area) made the road noise incredibly loud. At night, it almost sounded at times as if a chopper was hovering overhead. This phenomenon is out of the hands of the owners of the park, but it really is the only thing that kept me from giving a five star rating. If you don't mind wearing ear plugs, it's a five for certain. The back of the park is incredibly peaceful, and the entire place is very pretty.

Very scenic, right under Picacho Peak. Management is nice, facilities are clean and well maintained. Quite a bit of noise, though, from Highway 10 and the trains that pass by. Still a good place and we'll return.

Very convenient park if you're traveling on the 10. It was a good stopping point between LA and Las Cruces. But you are very close to the busy freeway and will hear it all night. Sites were large and level and the desert landscape was beautiful. Lots of people were out hiking but I was just driving through so I didn't get a chance to really explore. I would stop here again for sure and make the most of my stay.

no not at all, better at picacho then surrounding rv parks, very friendly people and awesome view, your not a flatlander in the middle of a dust storm
No there is not a Catholic mass on Sundays. There is how ever a service in the main clubhouse and it is non-denominational. They always put a big sign up in front of the office at the entrance so everyone can see it advertised.
Nice clean and safe park
Yes they do, just contact the main number.
