Went in there with my husband ready to spend quit a bit on some stuff we seen online soon as we pulled in we’re told he had to go back to the car pull around the side and park where she wanted tho there wasn’t any one really there .... customer service is at best horrible the day the least and glad I didn’t waste my money to help support her wages. . Need new staff for better business ... wouldn’t recommend stick with fascinations at least they treat you well.

Drove an hour from tucson, got there 15 minutes before close but was rudely told we had 5 minutes and we needed to be checked out. Worst customer service ever. Felt extremely rushed and felt it was completely unfair we only had 5 minutes when there was 15 until close..... Never been forced out of somewhere so quickly where I SPEND MY MONEY. I'm a paying customer and felt I should not have been treated this way. Will most likely never come back to this store and WILL NOT recommend them to ANYBODY.

While shopping at the lions den I had the most pleasant experience!! Wesley was such a funny and sweet cashier, went above and beyond with showing me everything I wanted to look at- it was a shocking experience:). Couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson!!!! I will definitely be back.
