We went for a birthday dinner, it was where my friend wanted to go for his birthday. We were seated within 2 minutes after walking in side. The service was great! He was very happy with it. The food was great also, we had a nice dinner.

Since we haven't been to a Red Lobster in quite a number of years I decided to celebrate my wife's b-day there (she couldn't decide) & we were fairly close to this particular area. RL used to be one of her favorite places to go when we lived in Las Vegas. Brought all our kiddos (5) this go around. Needless to say it was an expensive bill. We had to wait about 30 min for a table in a fairly crowded waiting area. Then they ended up putting us at a table in the bar area; not exactly family friendly. Waitress was outstanding; on the ball but a little quiet for the area we were in. Food was good; however, we did find a hair inside our bread. They did provide my wife with a free scoop of ice cream with chocolate syrup on top of a really big plate that spelled out Happy Birthday. Bonus: they do support us vets by providing a decent discount. Besides the hair issue, our overall experience was good but probably wouldn't go back to this one because of how crowded it was; especially on a Saturday evening. Yeah, I know... big surprise.

Corporate decisions are often decided on money savings . These restaurants don't have a say in it . If enough of the customers complain that may change it back . Long John silvers did .
You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.

If a menu item does not sell, they have perishable inventory to write off. No food business will maintain a menu item if it does not sell.

I found them to be adequate. Staff wore face masks, kept their distance and still remained friendly.
