It's always busy and a bit dirty outside parking lot (shared with back parking lot with Famous Sam's and Manzanita Square patrons with lots of pedestrian traffic all day every day... mobile traffic is always busy as well. Parking lot isn't maintained as clean as it could be so I always try to pick up trash as much as possible just to help keep it as nice as possible for our neighborhood and visitors alike.

absolutely love this place. the people that use this place are always friendly. machines work great. there has never been a washer/dryer down due 2 repairs. highly recommend this place..

This place is awesome. I'm a night person and I love to come around 10 pm since it closes at 11 pm I can wash all night long all alone here!! It's always clean and the doors lock at 11 pm so I feel secure here!!
