I've been here a lot and had no issues but today I went in and bought $14 worth of food. I gave the man 1 10 1 5 and 5 1s and then he gave me back 53 cents... I told him that I gave him more but he said I gave him $15 and then this lady told me to leave and just give them my name and number... not sure if I'm going to get the money back. I'm not mad at the fact it happened I'm just annoyed they told me to leave because now I'm not sure I'll have any proof of what happened. Update: never got the money back... They told me there is nothing they can do 😡 Very very disappointed and I will not be going back again.

I used to love Dunkin, but now they can't seem to get an order correct to save their lives. The last 3 visits: coffee order wrong x2, and today my HOT coffee was served to me less than warm.

I go their everyday. Always nice and wait time is ok. Obviously if its busy, its gonna take a few mins. I dont think they are rude at all. They are mostly very young, and I imagine working at a fast food place is very stressful during covid. My only complaint is they always close 5-10 mins early. Real annoying when you rush to get their before they close and they close early.
