An item showed on sale so I was going to purchase and it didn't ring up that way. When I said the showed on clearance they said that it didn't ring up that way so I was wrong. They didn't offer to check where I picked them up from. So I walked out wont offer my money here any longer.

This is an EXTREMELY busy Walgreens first of all. The fact there are long wait times is just a product of how how much business the do and how many mostly seniors get their prescriptions filled here daily. Secondly 99% of the people are very old seniors and many are simply feeble and crabby. They want the people at the desk to take special care of them when they simply don't have the time. Many times the seniors don't understand their insurance and try to get medication too soon then sit at the counter arguing with the poor techs or Pharmacist which holds up the line. I will say that most of the staff is great but there are a couple who don't know what they are doing and should not be in the pharmacy. My biggest complaint is they always get the insurance charges wrong. I have Medicare and a secondary insurance and they never bill the secondary correctly so I have to wait at the window every time while they straighten it out. Very frustrating and it's been going on for 5 years now. Then they end up charging the insurance somehow twice to fix it and the order is kicked back for being refilled too soon. This happens all the time. In conclusion you can't blame them for being busy and possibly understaffed but you can blame them for being incompetent with insurance charging and not training the people at the cash register adequately. The pharmacists have always been helpful and polite to me in spite of how overwhelmed they are with work. I am giving them 3 stars because of the fact they screw up the insurance every single time not because of the people.

If you are visiting the Pharmacy. Expect waits do to elderly. Staff that has very little sense of urgency. Visted this location with sick 17 mon old and waited a very long time just to pick up a prescription that was called in ahead of time by the Urgent Care right across the way. Going to a different Pharmacy next time that does not waste time.

Love this place. We're there 3- 4 times a week for various health reasons, and on a first name basis with most of the pharmacy staff. Brianne and Peggy are our favorites!
