Not a happy boater started off great when I spent 450 dollars on trailer supply and battery. When I returned for some aide on installing a wheel hub thing whent bad the salesman rocky became short and rude with no customers in store said he had no time for me . I told him the reason I couldn't pay them to do the work was because I was poor and I bought the parts and he threw that back in my face why should he help me if I didn't want to pay him for his time to. Safely replace a wheel hub.thenhe asked me if I would spend my time to mow his yard. I said I would no problem having never done a hub replacement I thought I might have a bad one he flatly refused to inspect it so I purchased a part I thought I might need and left he then came running out the door and said wait I!! Show you by then I was so upset I said no thanks I hope I got it right would hate to hurt someone if tire falls off will have it checked. At sn9ther trailer dealership a store that calls themselves AMERICAN would be imbarassed.do not shop here
