Honestly, I am very disappointed. I’ve been doing my nails at this place and so far the service was simply fine (even though once when they didn’t check which color I wanted for my pedicure), but never as good as the pricetag. However, this last time I did my dip nails on Saturday and Monday I had chipped nails all over. Since that never happen before I went back and complained about it, even though they agreed to fix it, they were very rude the entire service and didn’t do a very good job fixing it. So, for this reason I am not coming back nor am I recommending this place to anyone.

JACKROSE

I have been coming to Venetian nail spa for years now and have been very happy with my service. Today I feel like I was in the line of fire of my nail tech who was having an obviously bad day. He was unprofessional and did not communicate with me. He embarrassed me in front of clients and I left with my toes bare and nails not done. The lady at the front desk was no help and there was no manager on site. Other people noticed that my nail tech was unreasonable and acted very childish. When I asked him if these were matching colors he got upset and said he doesn’t make the colors. That started it and I guess that was all it took for him to want to not do my toes or finish them. I will not put his name out on this review as I think he was just having a bad day and took it out on me. However no apologies from the establishment.

Kenny and Chloe are my favorite! I’ve been going consistently to this location for over a year now. Both of these nail techs are attentive and great at what they do.

The nail tech was extremely rude. She refused to do my nails because I told her that the acetone in the bowl she was using was ice cold and it felt like my hands were in a bowl of ice. She said she told me to get someone else to do my nails and left. Of course she refused to give me her name. This is the first time I have experienced such rudeness at this salon. Kyle did my nails, I got the ombré dipping powder set however, Kyle charged me $75 and I had the same service 2 weeks prior and Aida charged me $65…wth!
