For it to be a CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER, it is not doing a good job—such a joke. I arrived after going to a different UPS ACCESS POINT to pick up my package. I was then sent here, and when I entered, the guy didn't want to acknowledge me even though I was the only one standing there; I probably wasn't his favorite color. However, I overlooked that and greeted him and told him my purpose here. He then went around and checked and said he didn't see it. I told him I called "800 lines," and they told me it was here. He then said, " WHAT'S YOUR TRACKING NUMBER? I told him I didn't have it with me, but it was on my phone in my car. While talking to him, he turned his back on me and ignored me. I said hello, but he didn't answer. I went ahead again because I decided I was leaving with my package. He then answered me, " Yeh, who gets it! It's his tone for me. I got the number, he called someone up they told him it was around there, he went ahead and found my package. That guy does not love his job, and they should either increase his pay or fire him.

Hi the driver that does the west suffield route is very pleasant and a hustler see her quite often jogging back and forth to her truck . Can tell she take pride in what she does. Thanks Miss for your hard work

UPS is the best shipment service. I have never had a problem. The tracking is outstanding. The customer center in Windsor Locks CT. has always been great. Friendly and helpful every time.

Someone quit here last Saturday and they had to close early at 3pm as a result. We showed up at 310pm unknowing and a woman inside flagged us down and helped us as we turned around to leave. She didn't have to do that, but I really appreciate her taking the time to do so. I wish I got her name. Maybe one day she will read this and know that I appreciate her. Our family in Virginia got all their Christmas packages on time!

I haven't noticed them when I have been there. If they do it is minimal. This location is more for a quick drop off of a package that is ready for shipment.

Pm shift at Bradley air side has a 7pm and 11 pm start. Ground haa a shift that starts at 5 pm. Part time only
