I love this fedex. I have shipped from several others. Staff is always pleasant and willing to help. Place is always clean. Quick in and out. If nobody is at the desk, don't be afraid to yell, they don't mind a bit.

Get a monthly package that has to stay cooled, more times than not I can't hear them knocking, it is like they don't knock at all. And then they can't seem to get a steady time down, like saying they'll be there from noon to 8 and showing up before noon, or at 4 or at 6, I work nights so it isn't easy for me to wait a whole day awake for the chance of not hearing them show up

Setup a business account, the service was friendly, but slow. Waited at the counter for a minute or two before someone came to help. Unfortunately, overnighting a package to Florida was ridiculously expensive ($150+). Not necessarily their fault, but still a lot of money.
