Not from the area, very friendly and patient owner, I'll make sure to carry a deck the next time I come through the area just in case to take part in events. Great prices, didn't feel like I was getting nickled and dimed

I've been going to Shield for years back when it was in Meredith. The owner goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful whether you're looking for Magic cards or a new board game. I always feel welcomed when I go and love the new, larger location.

Is this a magic the gathering or a comic store? No reviews about comic selection or knowledge of such is a bit concerning, would double midnight in Concord be a better option?

We do have comic book back issues. Since our inception we have been focusing more on gaming. Double Midnight is a excellent option for newer issues and back issues.
