TERRIBLE SERVICE ! night shift crew is not competent. Was not able to get all of our orders out. after taking our party’s order he came back about 15 mins later and asked if he took our order?? Then they could not complete the order. But still charged us for the omelette they could not make. Then they couldn’t comp us for anything because they needed to clear it through a manager but their manager was “sleeping”. Overall the only person who did not eat was our pregnant friend. They apologized, however some stuff can not be brushed over. This was hands down the WORST experience I’ve had at any establishment. No words can describe how upsetting this was. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but the only employee was very confused and did not give us anything to commend him for. 0/5 stars.

was ignored for 10min. Food sitting under the heat lamp for over 10 minutes. Saw no staff except a manager on his phone with his back turned. Next time lock the door and put a note on the door saying no staff. Then I would understand.

Restaurant was a little busy very clean and the staff was outstanding. Our server she was fantastic sorry I don't remember her name. Food was Delicious and the music that was playing was from the 70s brought back so many memories. We were talking with her and the table next to us. We will go back again when we're going to the casino again. 😉

I cannot and forbid to mention the service and availability of how they manage the place, however. Oliver's food and commitment to providing the best preparation of items available throughout the kitchen are not to question ever... Updates to sitting area's are very pleasant and done, Still no proper cover by the soup and work area vicinity, a work in progress I guess. Also same old servers so read reviews and know it's a desired customer niceness presentation to some others not do much! Well I just said that. Here are the TImprovments. ✌☝ & NY
