I called for information, the lady that answered was very polite and nice. Although she informed me that there wasn't anything available right now, she took my name and number to let me know if anything opens right around the time of my moving time. Great job, I hope I get to rent here!! Angie

I just tried to check in and the lady was very nice but she told me that they only take check or money orders, no cash or credit card. Bizarre. I guess they don't want anyone under the age of 70 staying here.

Older park. Very Very tight spaces. Maybe a bit overpriced for the layout. I went into the bathroom and was met by a 2 inch roach. I later learned those things are all over the Phoenix area so I can't blame the park. Very old-school....no credit cards ...cash or check only. I had to go to Walmart to buy an extension dump hose 'cause the dump drain was way too far away from my RV. Mgr Ava very friendly and very accommodating. The location is very close to old Scottsdale and a large grocery store. I enjoyed myself there...mainly because of the staff and the very friendly campers on site. Desperately need to somehow or other make a grassy dog walk area. At 112 degrees, the blacktop was too hot for my dog to walk on it.
