It was a nice store on the inside, however they must be understaffed in the early AM. I was not impressed with the way I was greeted compared to all if the other places of this nature in this area. I arrived at the store about a quarter past nine AM. My greeting to my first visit ever to this store came from across the place from a guy behind a counter I could not see from the entrance. He shouted he'd be with me shortly. He appeared to be alone in the store. I walked around to find this mythical voice and saw that there was a person with him. I waited as Patiently as I possibly can. About 5 to 10 minutes passed before I was called over by another associate who emerged from the back of the store. The order I placed the night before was not ready for me. I had chosen the 9-10 AM time slot for pickup. I thought selecting 9am to 10am would get me in and out quickly. I also thought 9-10 pickup meant if I show up at 915 it would be ready. That was another good 5 minutes getting everything dispensed and packed ready to go. The associate was more than pleasant. The conversation was good. When I head out, I need to be able to return in a very timely manner unfortunately. The store did not provide the expected experience at all.
