Never thought I would be targeted at a Native American casino, but I was. And for nothing more than being in my car outside of the hotel/casino where I had a room. Staff was even as reckless to make up a policy on the fly, saying you're not allowed to be in your vehicle, as I'm watching truckers sit in their vehicles. Requested a supervisor and she essentially spoke to me like I was her child letting out her AC in her home, and said I was either going to be in the building or off their property. I respectfully went and grab my things and checked out hours early. I will not be wasting my money in this casino anymore. I've only visited 3 times and have yet to see a single handpay, whereas at other brands they happen all the time. This was the nail in the coffin. The fact the staff couldn't just apologize for profiling me in a nearly empty parking lot, and instead made up a policy to justify treating me how they did is inexcusable and unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this casino to anyone. Plenty of better ones not too far away. Better off throwing your money in the trash.

Had a great time for my 21st b'day! Lobby is nice, open and big. It is a bit of a walk to get to the rooms compared to the casino but reasonably so. The casino noise doesn't echo towards the rooms which is super helpful when trying to sleep. We woke up and wanted to play some more so the receptionist offered to keep our bags for safe keeping which I thought was nice for her to offer. We got food from Fat Burger and the Deli, both tasted GREAT. Drinks from the bar tasted great as well, a bit pricey. 17-20$ for 2 drinks. The shower is 1 of the best things of the room. Super roomy, great pressure from the nozzle. Overall a lovely experience. Definitely plan to come back sometime soon!

I'm never disappointed. The only thing is that, we have yet to check out their pool. Unfortunately it was closed for remodeling. I can't wait to see what it looks like when it's done. I am a tribal member and I'm not this because it's my tribe. It's all true facts. Thank you so much making my friend feel welcome as us. Great hospitality and customer service.

Not too crowded. Fun atmosphere. Good size wins almost every time I visit that I'm not too skilled at walking away with due to my own lack of self-control. . But that's more my problem than their's 😅 definitely my favourite casino to visit in the valley (despite the Gila River rewards not being the most well-executed program in my opinion). Fairly generous with the free play and monthly bonus events here as well with a lovely resort attached if you so desire. 10/10.
