Great gym. Very friendly and welcoming staff who will also help you figure out balance workouts if needed. Wide variety of equipment. Very clean and not overcrowded.

We were greeted right away and checked-in fast. Gym wasn't too crowded and equipment I used were clean so was the areas I was on. Music playing were nice choices but I had my own playing in my ear buds. I had used my app with tutorials for types of targeted exercises I needed, so I suggest to use the PF app

Every thing is clean and well organized, lots of treadmills and there is a cool deal where teens can get a free membership for the summer
