Make sure ur sandwich is what u want before u leave drive thru. At least, the chocolate shake taste like chocolate. Hate it when u get a strawberry chocolate shake.

I'd have to say that this location has its good and bad days. My guess is, it's whoever is preparing the food that day because some days the food is good and other days it's a horrible mess. I mean, McDonald's as a whole has gone way downhill over the years, so I'm not really surprised.....are you?

Love this Mcdonald's; my first time coming here, I had a Filet-O-Fish meal with Mcnuggets and an M&M Mcflurry. I go to Kutztown for school, so I was worried about the food getting cold, but it miraculously didn't and I was able to enjoy my meal. However, I was very happy because this location gave me a Shamrock Shake when they were supposed to. I went to the Mcdonald's in Temple and Laureldale and they just said they weren't serving it at the moment (This was late February). This location thankfully gave it to me without issue. Love this location and I'm definitely going to come back.

When I pulled in the drive-through I suppose I expected the same quality of service as I have received other McDonald’s restaurants. This location I have noted has recently added a second ordering lane In the drive-through. I pulled up to the open lane I knew I was going to wait for a few seconds to order. Meanwhile it was decided by staff that they should take three other peoples water in the other lane before mine. I ordered and drove up to the corner window to pay. I handed her my debit card and she handed it back without a receipt. As I was pulling up to the next window I noticed the person serving the food was holding the bag out the window (it’s 28° out this morning). She has me my food and then my coffee and I pull away. I was never offered a receipt and never received one. I also do not receive the cream and sugar in my coffee as I had asked. The manager was very upset at me because I wanted all this to be made right. After speaking with the manager at the window for just a few seconds I realized I was wasting my time and left with nothing. I initially wanted my money back but I have become convinced that I simply need to avoid McDonald’s altogether.
