Complete Joke. There is no customer service. Bunch of people working there who you have to interrupt from there BS session to get help. They have attitudes. I will never shop here again. Terrible experience

The guy I talk to in the service department told me he didn’t want to do any warranty work on my 2021 pro xp that only had 2 miles on the machine because he was swamped. Then told me to take it back to the dealer I bought it from or any other Polaris dealer. It’s one think to say yeah we can do it but can’t touch it for a month or so because we are booked up. But to strait up tell me no take it back to where you bought it. Alaska cycle center is not a good representation of how a Polaris dealer should be. All the other Polaris dealers I called were more then willing to help. Needless to say me or any of my riding groups will be buying from ak cycles anymore!
