I like Cruise America for the ease of renting and getting on the road. The reservation agents at the Mesa, AZ center are always helpful and kind. Although, the RV's can afford to be updated.

I can’t say how incredible was my trip with cruise America. I can’t wait to do it again. High recommend.. we took one class C, bigger, with everything you need inside. Like a movie👌🏼😍.. the personal at the office very gentle.

Competent and efficient team. We had a small water leak after day 1 in the bathroom and the customer service rapidly replied to us and we were able to stop by another location on our road trip to have the leak fixed. Overall a great experience with an easy to drive RV (5 sleeping area type) for both my husband and I. Our kids 10 and 12 loved the experience but our teenager mentioned that it was his last time in a RV, he said he needed more privacy and spending 2 weeks all together in a RV was a bit too much for him.

Renting an RV through Cruise America was perfect for our two week road trip as we did not have much camping experience. The process was very smooth and the customer service was excellent. Even when we had a tire blow out, Cruise America was available, personable and transparent while they took care of everything. I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because our hot water heater did not work.
