We had a great experience with Clearwater Window & Door. From sales to installation, they were very professional and everything they did was as promised. Our new patio door and window exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier with the work that was done. The fact that they handled everything from permits to the crane needed to hoist our windows up to the 8th floor was fantastic. I highly recommend their work.

This is the first of two reviews for this company. This review is about the professional sales service on purchasing new custom windows. The service rep was respectful, knowledgeable and with a full disclosure of the company, the product, the warranty and the installation procedure. Importantly at no time did I feel pressured to sign a contract, in fact it was understood that I likely was obtaining other quotes. The front office administrative staff were also responsive and professional in ensuring some extra details were taken care of and in booking the installation. Communications in all cases was friendly and positive. The quote was very competitive and the contract was signed. The second review will be provided once the installation has happened. I am writing this review because I was truly impressed with the customer experience.

Brian and Chad did an excellent job with our installation. They removed all the window treatments and all personal items we had there and then put it all back exactly the way we had it. The windows look excellent and they got the installation done in an efficient and non-disruptive manner. We were able to go about our day as if they weren't even there. They were both very courteous and friendly as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with window projects.

What a wonderful experience! After talking to 5-6 window companies and hearing friends'experiences, I went with these guys. Salesman, Fred, was personable, knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions and even showed me pictures of similar windows they installed on other houses. Installers Braden and Dakota, with Mike, did a professional job. Clean, neat and even vacuumed dust from couch and floor. Used my furniture polish to clean dining room table. Fixed my curtain rod when putting back up my curtains (which had been drooping for almost a year). They triple checked their work and I passed inspection with ease. I highly recommend them!!
