I went for a consultation & cleaning. Today I dealt with all female staff who were absolutely lovely. The woman named Alecya was a breathe of fresh air. She even made sure everything was billed to my insurance properly. I live 40mins away in Brandon, but come to this location for the great work here.

Very unprofessional front staff. I would leave a 0 if it were an option. You need to hire new FRIENDLY staff. The 2 ladies dealing with the clients when the first walk into the door are very rude.

The dentist was amazing! Super kind and friendly to my three year old! Made her feel comfortable, and talked to her through out her whole exam! The dental assistant was great as well! She made my daughter feel as ease since this was her first dentist appointment. I’d absolutely go back and recommend this dentist!

I went in for the New Patient Special advertised on their website, which includes cleaning, checkup, and x-rays. I did have to wait a little bit past my appointment time, but that was ok. After they did my x-rays and checkup, the dental assistant told me they couldn't do my cleaning that day because it wasn't on the schedule. She said I could wait around and see if another appointment didn't show up, or I could reschedule. I didn't understand why my appointment wouldn't allow time for the cleaning, too, as it is part of the special. Anyway, I said I would reschedule. When I went to checkout, they said I owed the $59 right then. I explained that the special advertised on the website says it includes cleaning, which I did not get today, so I would pay when I came back for the cleaning. Then they argued with me about paying and said they would go talk to the doctor. Fine. They later came out and said they could get me in for the cleaning in 5 or 10 minutes, if I could wait. Fine, I'll wait. 25 minutes later they still hadn't taken me so I was getting ready to leave, when they did ultimately get me back in. So, that part of the experience was not good at all. Then, I did get the cleaning. I don't know if it was their normal cleaning or a reduced cleaning as part of the special, but I have had many, many dental cleanings in my life, and this one was not thorough or complete or in any way satisfactory. The room setups here are also very odd. You have to walk right through one of the rooms to get into the next room. So, while I was in the chair, people were coming and going right through the room during my exam and x-rays. Very uncomfortable and unusual to me. Lastly, during the time I spent in the waiting area, I saw at least 3 people who had come in for appointments who were told they would have to reschedule or wait for an extended time. So, they don't seem to be very organized or efficient with appointments. Will never go there again and will never recommend them.
