My mom was transferred to this hospice in May and to my surprise passed 18 hours after being admitted. I selfishly was hoping she would have been able to get better enough to go home but it was not meant to be. I know in her first few hours at this hospice, we were impressed with Dr. Paul Donahue. He explained some scenarios on why my mom declined in health so quickly and although they were just his thoughts, it made a lot of sense to me and my mom and appreciated the info he provided. It was much more than I was getting at the hospital she was in before she was transferred to hospice. Thank you for taking care of my mom in her last hours of life.

My mother was at Suncoast Hospice for a week. She received the absolute best care there. Every doctor, nurse, and CNA that attended to her were amazing. We were there at her bedside 24/7 for a week and really got to see the workings of it all first hand, and am impressed by the compassion and love they put into their work. A special thank you to nurse Cynthia and CNA Rabiaa. They loved our mom like they were family, we greatly appreciate it!!

Unfortunately I had to choose Suncoast hospice. they came to me at Morton plant hospital at my mother's deathbed with their sales person. I was under duress & chose Suncoast. I spent 5 days with my mom. The first night I asked for comfortedd for her & the Adsi nurse on tried to tell meymother was in no pain. It has been 20 days since she died.. Their brilliant doctor forgot to sign her death certificate. I had to go in person and finally doing their job. I am waiting for her ashes. I can't report death to life insurance without the death certificate. They advertise on website and brochures there is pet therapy, music therapy. A chaplain & more. None of these things actually exist. I wluwo not recommend anyone to put their loved one there. My mom was in pain at times but no relief. Stay far away.

Nobody wants to see their loved ones pass. This hospice and ALL of its staff and volunteers are everything. Compassion, love and respect fills the halls and the rooms. My Grandmother's Dr, Nurses and CNA's are the definition of Angels. They dedicated their time and energy in ensuring that my Grandmother was taken care of and so were we. Thank you.
