What a great spot for kids and adults alike. Fun atmosphere, great group of members and the staff are extremely knowledgeable on how to learn the sport and perform it with safety being the key element. You would be hard pressed to find a sweeter staff. They treat everyone who walks in the door like family.

My special needs daughter has been here 10 years. This is absolutely, hands-down the best place to send any child, especially those who “don’t fit the mold” and struggle in group sports. Ryland, R2 and Lily work determinedly and generously to ensure all children can succeed. They are clear and concise in their expectations and safety guidelines and make every effort to support parents and students who might be struggling or need extra training or support. They are not only equipped but experienced in handling all situations, particularly those that can hard to handle. I cannot say enough about this gym. It is the safest environment for students to grow from safety, growth-mindset trained instructors and staff. With informed decisions and collaboration between staff, parents and students, this is one place to send your child and see them succeed. Go visit this gym!

Amazing place to run around, have fun and get a workout. Had my daughters birthday there and Ryland and Lilly were awesome, all the kids had a blast and I would highly recommend it. If you would like to learn parkour, this is a great, safe place to do so for all ages (5-105). The staff will work with everyone and make sure they have fun learning at their skill level. The foam pit is a blast to practice skills with less consequences. Once you are comfortable, they will help move those skills out onto the floor safely. For anyone who is looking for a good workout, running around the gym, jumping over stuff and climbing up the walls is WAY more fun then running on the treadmill or sitting on a workout machine. Plus, I think it burns more calories if you are having fun :)

We’ve been coming here for the last few years and my son (8) absolutely loves it! Great workout and team building without the added competition aspect. The owners are wonderful people who go out of their way to make sure the experience is safe and a great time for the kids! We even had his birthday party here because he wanted to show all his friends his “new moves”. Highly recommend it!

Questions & Answers

What is involved in the kids training program/what do the children learn. Is safety gear provided or required?

Comfortable clothes and flexible shoes help to move well. Kids and adults learn the same things, each person will progress at their own rate. We try to create an environment where people are comfortable to participate and experience a positive and empowering class. We have lots of gymnastics mats we use for safe training. We also have a foam pit, and several Ninja Warrior obstacles. From age 8 to 65(oldest member so far) we can help to safely get you moving and flowing through your environment.

If you have some type of disability or your joints are easily dislocated can you take special class or something?

That depends on what type of disability and to what extent, but we do offer one free Beginner class to everyone 8 yrs old and older. You could come in to talk more in depth about your needs as well. We also offer private lessons, and all techniques are scaleable and have progressions/regressions to safely learn them.

Can we come and watch?

Yes it does, it is a gym. They have monthly memberships, package bundles of classes, and you can do drop in classes. However I believe if you register online your first class is free. Hope this helps
