I have eaten at Burger ranch for years and have always loved their food. Today's experience was totally disgusting. You drive into the restaurant and it looked like the restaurant wasn't even open even open. The outside of the building is in total disrepair. The service was absolutely Appalling. It took forever to get our food and we were the only ones there, the the server tried to charge us over double what are order total total was supposed to be until I argued it with her. And. . . we had ordered a small vanilla Sunday, how hard can that be to make we waited another 5 minutes just to get the Sunday. This place is in bad need of new management! I don't know how they can even keep their doors open like this.

This Burger Ranch is the best in the valley, in my opinion. I live in Selah and the Burger Ranch here just doesn't compare.

The people were very friendly and helpful, but that's where the good news ends. I paid over $50 for 3 burgers, three fries, and three shakes, which in and of itself is ridiculous. The burgers were extremely sloppy and slathered in their special sauce to the point of being overwhelming and the buns were over toasted. The fries (which were your basic cheap frozen crinkle cuts, not homemade BTW) were dry and tasted like they hadn't changed the oil in their fryers in months. None of us finished our meal. For that amount of money I was expecting them to be at least as good as a chain fast food place, but I was sadly disappointed. I would not recommend going here. And BTW, if you do go here, don't try the cherry shake, it was positively disgusting. I only took one sip of it and threw the rest away. That was good money thrown in the trash.
