Nicely remodeled store

Stopped to buy steak for dinner. Could not make it past the vegetable section at the front of the store due to the ATT salesmen who wanted to replace my cell phone service. Somehow Fry's thinks it is okay to sell access to their customers by allowing this to occur. If I was the manager of the this Fry's, I would concentrate on improving customer service and making the store more clean and appealing. Very poorly run location.

I have been to this Fry's twice this week to get assistance from customer service. Today at 3pm and 2 days ago 3:20pm for nobody to be at customer service and it blocked off... Phones was ringing off the hook and an employee from the snack isle came running to the phone to answer it. I then proceeded to ask the worker is the customer service not open AGAIN... He says NO, You can see it's blocked off right? I said it's still early hours to NOT have customer service open? He walks away ignoring me with an irritated attitude that I was bothering him 😳😳😳😳 I will drive an extra 2-3 miles to go to another Fry's that can show better customer service skills..

The hours of many Fry's locations, including this one have changed, but Fry's hasn't updated hours on Google Maps _or even on their own website_. How frustrating as a customer to show up and see the store is unexpectedly closed. Kroger brings in millions of profits annually, can corporate really not afford to have someone update their hours online?
